Well it’s been a while since the last blog post, but it’s finally back up and running. Yesterday, we shot a video in the Damascus cafeteria with the one and only, Chef Herman. Surprisingly, he was a bit nervous. Anyway, the video is extremely simple. Trust me, I know. But it’s the first of many in what we hope will become a library of youtube videos. We’re planning to upload one video up each week with Chef Herman demonstrating some of the innumerable possibility of dishes you can make with Damascus bread.
